Non-fiction book on sightings of living pterosaurs in U.S.
A team of biologists and filmmakers from the BBC have found strange spiders, a rat the size of a cat and a frog with fangs co-habiting
in a pristine giant volcano in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. (North of Australia)
Theropod and sauropod dinosaurs sighted in Papua New Guinea?
Since the 1990s, a large ‘reptilian’ creature has been sighted occasionally on Umbungi Island in West New Britain, Papua New Guinea
(PNG). Umbungi is on the south coast of West New Britain between Kandrian and Gasmata.
The creature was described as having a
long tail and a long neck and was 10–15 metres in length . . . It walked slowly on two legs and had smooth, shiny brown skin . . .
the sighting being made from a distance of about 50 metres.
Described like a living pterosaur
The psychologist was on Bougainville Island, Papua New Guinea, in 1971, when he saw a large flying creature that “looked prehistoric.”
It was nothing like a Flying Fox bat.
Research was done from 2005 to 2009; eyewitnesses were from 19 states: California, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Florida,
Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, New York, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Kansas, and
Washington State. The sightings themselves were from 1980 through 2008.
"Bioluminescent flying creatures larger than fireflies–that possibility has received attention lately, in light
of the research done by Fred Silcock of Victoria, Australia."
The smallest planet
ever found outside our solar system is a rocky "super-Earth" world very like our own, but much hotter.

The "ropen" of Papua New Guinea seems to be a living
pterosaur. It is certainly no Flying Fox fruit bat.
Certains chercheurs croient
que c'est une pterosaur. Je le crois parce que j'ai parlé à beaucoup de personnes qui ont vu le ropen.
